Outstanding experience. Le Chambertin delivers true craftsmanship and authenticity. The almond croissant is exceptional perfectly flaky, beautifully balanced, and clearly made with care and precision. Fabrice and his wife are remarkable hosts. Their passion, warmth, and attention to detail elevate the entire experience and make you feel genuinely welcomed. The service is gracious and effortless, and the atmosphere reflects the same level of refinement as the food. A place driven by talent, heart, and consistency. Highly recommended.
Flaky, delicious egg tarts and viennoiserie 😋. Charming outside dining area. They were happy to see my dog, and he was even happier to see them after they gave him some treats and water 🐶🐶
After a full week of eating in Charleston this was the best food we had! The pastries we fresh and delicious. The ham and cheese on baguette as well as the quiche we the best I’ve ever had. Even better than what we have had in France. The negative reviews are ridiculous if you read them. No reason for a 1-star just because they were closed. Definitely come here!
Best kept secret in Charleston! I stumbled upon this place one afternoon walking and now has become one of my favorite spots. Everything is delicious and you can taste the quality of their ingredients. Great owners and delicious food!
Waking into the place with my mother and father felt super welcoming right away, mostly because the owner was such a genuinely nice guy. Since my mother and I can speak French, we ended up having a very nice conversation with the owner which made the whole experience feel way more personal and friendly. He was easy to talk to and just had that kind of energy that makes you want to stay longer. The baguettes were honestly amazing, perfectly crispy outside paired with the cheese and meat on the inside made it even better. Overall, it was just a great vibe with great food and a really kind owner.
This is our favorite place every time we come into town. The kindness, experience and food of course are the best. The warm croissant sandwiches with ham and mustard that come out buttery and fresh are unmatched. We love the owners and how they make you feel cared about and remembered. I pray who ever comes to visit buys a little of everything because everything is good and no bad choices are ever made. It feels like you are out of the country when you are here and I truly love the feeling. They have set the standard for our family and I must always get something every time I visit Charleston South Carolina. Until next time. Don’t forget to buy the hazelnut spread!
This is a review 1 year shy of it being 10yrs . A memory me and my other half created beginning in Nice France. In an attempt to recreate the intoxicating memories and sensations gained on our visit pairing with commemorating our anniversary, we decided to start the day off here with French / Italian themed breakfast. A tremendous selsction of pastries coffees and teas were there. True to the cultue a nod to the sophistication that The South of France showcased in their cuisine. We were so pleased we insisted to meet the chef who turned out to be from that part of France. It was a fantastic experience being able to have such a mirriored experience here in South Carolina. A lasting moment that began thousands of miles accross the Atlantic
I can only give 5 stars but they deserve 10. This French Bakery is just fantastic and, they are dog friendly. The owner loved my little pooch and he gave her several treats while we were in his shop. I had an almond croissant and it was really amazing. You should definitely give them a try.

The owner was very friendly and service was great! We got an almond croissant and ham and Gruyère baguette and both tasted amazing. This was our first breakfast on our honeymoon we will forever remember the sweet hospitality and delicious food
